Assembly Instructions for the Biltong Factory1. Place the heating lamp in the centre of the base form running the wire through the slit provided. 2. Use the stainless steel rods to pierce the box form through the eight crosses. 3. Use the plastic rod ends to cap the end of the rods. 4. Slide the box form into the base form with the writing facing the slit. 5. Position the plastic drip tray on the lower two rods. 6. Use the top form to cover the top of the box formYour Biltong factory is now ready for use. 1. Use the large white tray to marinate your meat. 2. Use the plastic hooks to hang meat on the stainless steel rods. Remember to wash hooks after every use. Replacement parts are available from our online shop.
