These purposely-designed plastic meat hooks are used for piercing and hanging biltong. Each hook is 8 centimeters long and can support up to 4 Kilograms. The ends are tapered into sharp points to effortlessly puncture the meat.
Cleaning
These biltong hooks are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. To prevent mould it is recommended you soak the hooks in vinegar before each use.
