Mix 10 grams of this spice with 40 grams of our Premium Biltong Spice per kilogram of raw meat when making biltong.
Alternately, sprinkle 30 grams per kilogram on complete biltong.
This Chilli-Bite Biltong seasoning pack contains 1 kilogram of spice. This is enough to flavour 33 kilograms of complete biltong or 100 kilograms of raw meat when mixed with biltong spice.
