The Mini Biltong Cabinet is ideal for small to medium scale biltong manufacture and can dry up to 30 kilograms of raw meat every three days.
The cabinet is constructed from mild steel and finished in grey Hammertone baked enamel.
This biltong maker has an internal volume of 245 liters and a capacity to hold 25 - 30 kilograms of wet meat.
An efficient extraction fan is fitted for maximum air changes and uniform drying throughout the cabinet. The temperature control is preset for optimum performance and the heater cannot be switched on without the fan being in operation.
